Last night’s dinner was really delicious. I had thawed out a pound of chicken and needed some inspiration as to what to do with it. I went to Cooks.com and quickly found something that sounded yummy and for which I already had all of the necessary ingredients on hand. I started out by slicing the rather thick chicken breasts that I had into thinner pieces. This resulted in four portions of somewhat varying sizes. Then I just followed the recipe (see above hyperlink).
